Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is a 2004 American romantic fantasy film scripted by Charlie Kaufman. They are inexplicably drawn to each other, despite their radically different personalities. Clementine hired the New York City firm Lacuna, Inc. to erase all her memories of their relationship.
